Hannah Geddes
Hannah was born in the USA to British and Chilean parents, they returned to England early on where Hannah spent most of her childhood in the idyllic countryside of the Cotswolds. At 18, Hannah completed cookery school and set off to the Alps where she hosted and cooked in the high-end ski resorts of Meribel and St. Anton. She pursued her love of cooking and hospitality throughout her university studies at Newcastle taking cooking jobs in private villas in the South of France, Tuscany, and Cornwall during the holidays.
With an eye for style and aesthetics, Hannah enrolled in an interior design course in Chelsea, London where she developed her love of textiles, colour and the tiny details which elevate a whole experience or look. Returning to the alps, Hannah met the charming Finlay on a chairlift in Verbier and life took an unexpected turn. When the season closed she was easily persuaded to visit Kenya, the home-country Finlay so vividly described and so began her African adventure...
After an incredible five years living in the wilderness together, running a luxury lodge in Laikipia and an award-winning camp in the world renowned Masai Mara it was time for the couple to move out of their tent and migrate towards the bright lights of Nairobi. Now Hannah finds the perfect balance between bush, city and visits to family, friends and clients in Europe and the States. She is passionate about curating the perfect safari for her guests and emulating the awe-inspiring experience she felt when she first touched down on African soil, nine years ago.
